On April 29, the “Chain in Luzhou” 2026 Hefei Metropolitan Area NEV Industry Chain Matchmaking Event was held at the Feixi Park in the University of Science and Technology of China (USTC) Silicon Valley in Hefei, Anhui province. Softec’s Chairman Xu Yonghua and Deputy General Manager of the Marketing Center Zhang Jingwei joined the event and exchanged ideas with government representatives, OEMs, component suppliers, research institutes, and financial institutions.
In the morning, Professor Zhu Xichan, Director of the Automotive Safety Technology Research Institute, and Fang Haifeng, Chief Expert at the China Automotive Technology and Research Center (CATARC), delivered keynote speeches. Their presentations focused on NEV development trends during the 15th Five-Year Plan period and strategies for Chinese automotive companies to expand overseas together.
During the corporate presentation session, Zhang Jingwei introduced Softec’s core products and the company’s mass-production and supply capabilities for multiple leading OEMs.
In the afternoon, Mr. Xu and Ms. Zhang toured four factories with other participants: Zunjie Super Factory Experience Center (HIMA), Huating Power, DeepWay Technology, and China Merchants Inspection Vehicle Technology. They toured the production lines, learned about key technologies and supply chain requirements, and exchanged ideas with peers on potential collaboration.
With over 20 years of experience in intelligent automotive sensors, Softec has further strengthened its ties with OEMs both locally and globally. Moving forward, Softec will continue to focus on intelligent perception and control systems, actively participate in regional industrial collaboration, and contribute to the high-quality development of Anhui’s automotive industry.
